Principle

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, no third-party analytics and loads no fonts from external servers. The only exception is the spam check on the contact page (see below).

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The browser only records that you have acknowledged the cookie notice (local storage, key “abot-cookie-notice”). This information never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.

Server logs

When you visit the website, the web server stores technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time, page visited and browser type. This data is used for secure operation and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Contact form and email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we use your details exclusively to process your enquiry. We use an email delivery service to send form messages. Your details are not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile by Cloudflare Inc., USA. Turnstile checks technical characteristics of your browser to confirm that a person is sending the form and sets no cookies. Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare in the process. We also check the content automatically for typical advertising requests. Messages identified as spam are kept for no more than 30 days so that we can find an enquiry that was misclassified.

Remote support

We use TeamViewer for remote support. A connection is only established when you start the program yourself and give us the ID. The privacy policy of TeamViewer Germany GmbH also applies.

Your rights

You can request information about your stored data at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please contact us at the address above.
